Terms of Use

Here come the rules....If you follow them....nothing bad will happen. :D

Pre-Vocabuly

Just in case you don't understand what I'm about to say:

Credit- Commendation or honor given for some action that belongs to Dazzling Designs. Example: A link back to DD.
Watermark- A credit marked in a design or image.
Redistribute- To alter distribution or not altering it differently and letting other people use it as if it was yours.
Permission- My authorization granted to do something.

Designs

All layouts/designs are to be VISIBLY credited. I may let you slide by if you didn't link to Dazzling Designs but you MUST keep the watermark on! These can not be donated to your site as a premade others can use. You can only use it. I've got the redistributing it part down. ;3 Also, please do not edit the layout it any way. It may be okay if you change 1 or 2 things in the CSS but please don't change more than that. You are free to make your own extras though.

Brushes

All brushes must be fully credited with a link somewhere on your site. Please DO NOT use the brushes to make your own brushes.

Wallpaper

These are for YOUR desktop and YOUR desktop only. Please don't redistribute them or claim that you made them. That's unfair to me. >.>

Icons

These to to ~~only~~ be used for AIM, Yahoo, Windows Messenger, ETC. You don't need to link back, UNLESS you post it on your website or blog, but ASK for my permission before you post it on your website or blog!

Signatures

The sigs are for you to use on a forum or something like that. Ask for my permission if you want to put one on your site as a donation or something, but with my permission only. Leave the watermark on, like always. wink

PNGs

DO I have to say it? xD If you use one in your graphics, you MUST have it credited with a link to us somewhere on your site.

AMVs

These are for YOUR enjoyment, so DO NOT redistribute or claim as yours. I work very hard on those. >.<

Cornerbanners

The cornerbanners are for your website/blog/myspace/w/e. If you are good with HTML, please, please please PLEASE, DO NOT take off the link that links back to Dazzling Designs. It's only fair.
